A “mini-Mt. Ugo” which showcases the most effective of what the Cordilleras has to supply: Pine and grassland ridges with beautiful views of the mountains, and even a glimpse of tradition with villages, burial caves, and hanging bridges, the Mt. Ulap Eco-Trail in Itogon, Benguet is the right dayhike from Baguio City, solely 40 minutes away from Burnham Park by public jeepney. Spanning round 8 kilometres by a number of peaks alongside the Ampucao-Sta. Fe Ridge (to not be confused with the Philex Ridge), it’s simple sufficient to be accomplished from 4-6 hours, making it possible as a dayhike or perhaps a half-dayhike for hikers of all ranges.
